About me

Hi - I’m Clare, the founder of C.O. Coaching.

About me: I’m deeply passionate about helping highly-motivated individuals increase their impact and achieve their goals. In everything - both personally and in my years in the psychology, diplomacy, and strategy spheres - I’ve always been focused on how I can empower others to grow and the exciting results this unlocks.

I decided to set up C.O. Coaching to channel my expertise into helping high-impact individuals clarify their vision, deepen their self-awareness, and achieve their goals at pace.

How I can help: I've helped clients across a wide range of sectors and life stages craft ideal visions for their personal and professional lives, and rapidly achieve these. With a relationship based on trust, reliability, expertise, and accountability, we’ll deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your self-belief, and empower you with powerful mindset shifts for positive, long-term change.
