I created C.O. Coaching and the CLAREO method to help ambitious, imaginative individuals unlock clarity and move forward powerfully - with stretch, psychological safety, and creativity.

CLAREO isn’t just a method I teach - it’s how I live. It grew from my own journey navigating ambition, self-expression, and growth: one that spans the worlds of psychology, high-level coaching, art, fashion, and film.

I’ve spent years supporting founders, VCs, executives and creatives alike through periods of deep evolution. But what made my work most powerful was more than insight - it was structure. A framework that could hold space for depth and momentum.

Qualifications: Clare holds a 1st Class MA (Hons.) in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, specialising in Leadership and Group Psychology, and is a published author in International Relations Psychology. Clare also holds a qualification in the Science of Wellbeing from Yale University, a Leadership & Coaching qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC).

Code of Ethics: C.O. Coaching follows the Global Code of Ethics for coaching. This aligns with the content and requirements set out in the Professional Charter for Coaching and Mentoring (signatories: the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); the International Coach Federation (ICF); the Association for Coaching (AC); and the Société Française de Coaching (SFC)).
